Job Title: Support Worker

Contracted Hours: Full Time (39 Hours)

Shift pattern: Flexible shift pattern including evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

Salary: £8.23 per hour

Location: Milton Keynes - 26 Shenley Pavilions, Chalkdell Drive, Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes, MK5 6LB

MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE (Own vehicle is not required)

What does the role look like?

As a support worker in our service in Milton Keynes, your role will be to support people who are living in their own accommodation.

Your duties will also include:
  • Helping the people we support to learn new skills.
  • Assisting with day to day living tasks.
  • Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Do I need experience?

Quite simply - no! Our outstanding training, development and support means that we don’t need you to have experience. What we do ask for is that you are able to commit to our values at all times - safe, respectful, empowering, person-centred, ambitious, honest, collaborative, innovative and adaptable.
