Salary: £31,623 Per Annum
*£1,000 Per Annum for car use and £20 per session for on call*
Location: Mansfield and North Nottinghamshire
*Managing up to 5 Supported Living services*
Manual driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.

What does the role look like?
As Services Manager you will provide robust leadership and management to teams of Support Workers ensuring the support delivered is of a high standard and meets CQC compliance regulations. You will also provide ‘hands on’ support for part of your working week. A key element of the role is to ensure people with learning disabilities have the opportunity to develop and achieve desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering flexible and personalised support that meets the needs and aspirations of individuals living in their own homes.
What we are looking for?
You will possess extensive knowledge and experience in the field of learning disabilities, people with complex needs and challenging behaviour. You will be skilled in all aspects of management and will have experience of managing staff teams in 24 hour supported living services. You must be skilled in managing flexible rotas and have a positive approach to promoting social inclusion. In addition, you will also need to demonstrate a good all round working knowledge of current CQC legislation and housing-related support as well as a sound knowledge of budgets and time management. A relevant qualification – RMA, RNMH/RNLD or an NVQ 4 in Care or level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care is desirable.
