Job Title: Support Worker
Hours: Part Time (30 hours per week) including weekend only contract (24 hours per week)
Salary: £8.58 per hour pay weekend enhancement. In addition, we offer a £600 annual attendance bonus.
Location: Twickenham, TW1

What does the role look like?
As a Support Worker, your role will be to support individuals who are living within a supported living environment:
Your duties will also include:
• Supporting social and leisure activities.
• Helping the people we support to learn new skills.
• Encouraging the people we support to reach their full potential.
Do I need experience?
Quite simply - no! Our outstanding training, development and support means that we don’t need you to have experience. What we do ask for is that you have a genuine passion for providing high quality care and support.
We are a Registered care home with Nursing and are looking for full time/part time and casual Support Workers to join our team of dedicated staff. We put the people we support at the centre of everything we do to ensure that they receive support that truly meets their needs.
We are looking for people with the right attitude - people who are passionate about making a difference and helping others to live happy meaningful lives. For our support roles you will need to be caring and patient and able to treat people with dignity, respect and compassion. You must have good communication skills, including listening and picking up on non-verbal communication. You also need to be able to work well as part of a team.
