Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker
Contracted Hours: Full Time
Shift pattern: 9am – 7pm (core hours – includes weekends)
Salary: £9.23 per hour
Location: Herne Bay, Kent
Driving Licence: Desirable

What does the role look like?
As a support worker in our service within Herne Bay, your role will be to support people who are living in a supported living environment.
Your duties will also include:
Helping the people we support to learn new skills.
Assisting with day to day living tasks.
Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential.
Do I need experience?
It is essential that you have 1 year experience working within this sector OR a Psychology qualification to be considered for this role. We also ask for is that you are able to commit to our values at all times - safe, respectful, empowering, person-centred, ambitious, honest, collaborative, innovative and adaptable.
