What does the role look like?
As a Support Worker, your role will be to support individuals, predominantly with learning disabilities, within a care home environment.
Your duties will also include:
• Supporting day to day life skills, including, washing, cleaning, and cooking
• Helping the person we support to learn new skills.
• Encouraging the person we support to reach their full potential.
Do I need experience?
Quite simply - no! Our outstanding training, development and support means that we don’t need you to have experience. What we do ask for is that you have a genuine passion for providing high quality care and support.
