What does the role look like?

As a Team Leader in our service in Mansfield, your role will be to support people who are living in a supported living environment.

Your duties will also include:

Administering Medication.

Assisting with day to day living tasks.

Planning Staff Rotas

Ensuring the people we support are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Prioritising workload and being able to work flexibly, while remaining approachable to staff members and supporting residents


Do I need experience?

Yes, for the role of Team Leader, it is essential to have at least 1 year’s experience as a Team Leader within a similar setting, desirable is a NVQ Level 3
