Shift pattern: Various (Full Flexibility is required between Monday-Sunday)
Salary: £24,000 per year

What does the role look like?
As a Homes Manager in our service in Nantwich your role will be to support people who are living in a supported living environment.
Your duties will also include:
Helping the people we support to learn new skills & promote social inclusion
Management of flexible rotas
Provide robust leadership and management to a team of Support Workers ensuring the support delivered is of a high standard and meets CQC regulations.
Responsible for developing and delivering flexible and personalised support that meets the needs and aspirations of individuals living in their own homes.
Do I need experience?
Yes – the successful candidate will need a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and 2 year’s experience within a similar role is highly desirable.
